Founders of multi billion hedge fund Three Arrows Capital disappeared

Founders of the fund Three Arrows Capital  (3AC) have not been starting to cooperate with the court. Their location is not known.

According to court’s documents, nobody has seen Zhu Su and Kyle Dyvies for a long time.  On the first judicial sitting they connected to court  with turn off microphones and camera by Zoom. For all questions answered by their lawyers.

Meanwhile the users disclose some 3AC’s assets were transferred to new wallets. Also a PeckShield company said 3AC transferred stablecoins  USDT and USDC worth dozens million of dollars on the exchange KuCoin. But  the founders didn’t comment on this action.

Now plaintiffs are trying to get a list of 3AC’s assets.
