The deal marks a strategic partnership between the financial services company Curzio Research and TCG World developer. The deal is the largest of its kind so far.

According to PR Newswire, Curzio Research will buy 19 commercial properties in the TCG World metaverse for $5 million. Curzio Research will raise $4 million to fund the deal.

Curzio Research will be headquartered in the Asian region of the metaverse, not far from the Reddit WallStreetBets movement property.

Curzio VIPs will have the opportunity to host meetings with other investors in the metaverse, attend virtual events such as seminars and conferences, listen to exclusive podcasts, and create an investment community. Curzio Research headquarters is expected to be built before the official launch of TCG World in September 2022.

The previous record-breaking metaverse deal took place last November. At that time, a piece of virtual real estate in The Sandbox was sold for $4.3 million. It was purchased by Republic Realm company.
